Celebrate and educate yourself about the past during a joint Open House between three, relatively unknown North Shore gems. The Sugarloaf Interpretive Center and Cross River Heritage Center in Schroeder, along with the Tofte Historical Society’s Commercial Fishing Museum are hosting a free Open House Day.
Besides being located in the heart of the North Shore, the different venues provide a unique learning opportunity about the natural history and early Scandinavian settlers on the North Shore of Lake Superior. Perfect way to enjoy some great views while providing an educational opportunity that’s geared towards the entire family!
