Marathon, Ontario, now has a Web cam feeding real-time images to Internet. The camera, provided and hosted by LakeSuperiorWebcams.com, is located on Lakeview Community Hall and allows site visitors to pan Marathon Harbour in all directions. The site archives time-lapse images for up to seven days in its photo gallery.
LakeSuperiorWebcams.com is operated by Computer Resources of Thunder Bay. Grand Marais, Thunder Bay, and Shuniah Municipality, and other communities also have cameras at the site.
